Happy Easter to All!
I missed last weeks report as I was in my Dear Jane Class at Asilomar working on the blocks below. What a great time I had with our instructor, Brenda Papadakis and all the ladies in the class. We learned lots of tricks to put these 4.5" blocks together. I was able to make 25 blocks and 2 of the triangle wedges while in class. If you ever have a chance to take a class with Empty Spools Seminars at Asilomar, I highly recommend it!
Unfortunately I do not have much to report in the past two weeks, except a couple of purchases. Could not resist the Quilt Shops in Pacific Grove and in Paso Robles!

Can't wait to see this project as it goes. I hope it doesn't take as long as the Monster Quilt! You do have an excellent start on it...
ReplyDeleteI came along your blog cheking about new DJ pictures. I love your fabrics and colors. Pink is my favorite color! I started my DJ in 2009 and am near to finish it. It was my biggest project so far and I loved it. Will look forward to your progress and wish you a lot of joy with your DJ.
ReplyDeleteSo gorgeous! I love the pinks and browns.
