This week along with trying to find time to work on my July UFO, I have the quilt below on my wall. It is called What goes Around and was started in the class taken at Quilt in a Day. I have a few more blocks to put together and then will sew all the rows together. I have a couple of different borders in mind and will make a choice once the top is together.
This was a fun project and did go together very fast. Looking forward to finishing this up by the end of the month.
Check out all the other Design Walls at Patchwork Times.
Anxious to see what border you finally decide to sew. I made extra blocks and then realized I didn't need them. :(! I'll use four of the 4 Patch in the corners of the border and the rest along with the circle blocks will go on the back. Sandi
ReplyDeleteI really like the mix of the round and square blocks! Great colors too.
ReplyDeleteThis looks like a fun pattern. Your color choice is nice--great contrast!
ReplyDeleteDoesn't look very easy to me, like the patten, I think it is neat.
ReplyDeleteI love the colors! I'm anxious to see how you'll finish it. Haven't even tackled a curved seam yet - it's on the list.
